Our PCR-PET post-consumer recycled polyester material has obtained the FDA PNC 002966 No Objection Letter (NOL). It complies with U.S. FDA food contact regulations (21 CFR), and can be used in food-contact articles with up to 100% recycled content, suitable for raw fruits, vegetables, shell eggs and other food types.
The recycled production process is formally reviewed by the FDA to guarantee material purity and avoid altering food odor and taste. It meets strict food safety standards for direct food contact, delivering both sustainable circular material solutions and verified food-grade safety for global food packaging applications

REO-ECO, a subsidiary with a registered capital of CNY 20 million, is located at No. 28 Nanhai Road, Hongze Economic Development Zone, Huai’an City. Specialized in sustainable recycled new materials, the company integrates R&D, production and marketing of high-grade rPET materials to mitigate global plastic pollution and carbon emissions.
A 100,000-ton-per-year project for sustainable PET chips has been built, requiring CNY 500 million in fixed-asset investment across a 100-acre site. Core equipment includes unpackers, cleaning machines, pre-crystallization drying systems and melt filters. Regarded as a benchmark project for green, low-carbon and circular manufacturing, the facility follows this fixed production workflow:
rPET bottle flakes → ultrasonic cleaning → airflow drying → melt extrusion → melt filtration → cast belt pelletizing → drying → vibrating screening → finished product packaging. After its launching, the project has achieved an annual capacity of 100,000 tons with revenue up to CNY 400 million.
